Joan Thomas-Spiegel and I would be more than happy to make available our Student Success Presentations about applying action research processes to close the loop and monitor outcomes for SLO implementation and student success. We also have some relevant research from the Intersegmental Project to Achieve Student Success, and a more recent extrapolation from that earlier research for an analysis of Generation 1.5 students.

Perhaps you and Joan should directly contact Daryl Kinney as the LACCD SLO Advisory Council, comprised of all nine SLO Coordinators from across the colleges, is planning a district-wide conference on assessment. Cheers, Deborah
